Q: Where can I purchase tickets?
A: Tickets can be purchased here.
Q: Am I permitted in the beer tents if I am not of legal drinking age?
A: No. Only patrons with legal government picture ID and a wristband are permitted in the beer tents.
Q: When will Ticket/Will Call booth be open? Where is it located?
A: The Ticket/Will Call booth will be open 2 hours prior to opening. It will be located at the front entrance of the festival gates. Will Call tickets require photo ID and your confirmation number.
Q: Why should I buy advance tickets?
A: Buying advance tickets are the only way to guarantee coming!! A convenience charge may be applied at the gates.
Q: Are cameras allowed?
A: No professional still cameras or video cameras are permitted. Anyone attempting to record or transmit the performances may be prosecuted.
Q: Can I bring my pets?
A: Only service-trained dogs are permitted.
Q: What are the festival accommodations?
A: Please see accommodations page for other options.
Q: Can I bring my kids? Do they have to pay?
A: Children are welcome. Children 6 and older will be required to purchase a youth ticket. An adult must accompany all youths at all times.
Q: Can we bring water into the festival?
A: Factory sealed clear bottled water (non-glass containers) will be permitted.
Q: Will chairs be permitted?
A: Low back lawn chairs will be allowed in designated areas. We encourage you to bring blankets instead to keep the venue area less cluttered.
Q: Can I bring my own food?
A: No outside food or drink is permitted due to heath regulations. There will be a variety of reasonably priced food.
Q. Is this a wheelchair accessible event?
A. Yes, will have a sectioned off area for Wheelchairs. This will be a GA ticket.
Q. Q. How far back is GA from the stage?
A. The VIP section covers the entire front of the stage and GA is about 25 rows back.
Q: Is there anything else I should know?
A: Bring a sense of humour and some patience! It will be a great gift to yourself as well as those around you; and it will help you to get the most out of your experience
